INTECH AMERICAS was founded in 2002 in Saltillo, Coahuila MEXICO as result of a management buyout with Ericsson R&D Mexico. Prior to starting INTECH AMERICAS, the founders of INTECH AMERICAS were part of the Management team in Ericsson’s R&D. The R&D Center was responsible delivering Nearshore and Offshore IT & Software Development Services for different Product Units in the Ericsson´s worldwide network. This Ericsson R&D in Mexico closed in 2002 during the Telecom Industry retrenchment due to the Internet Bubble. At this time INTECH AMERICAS USA was founded.

From the beginning INTECH AMERICAS was envisioned as a Nearshore & Offshore company for IT & Software solutions in telecommunications. INTECH AMERICAS understood there was still a significant need in the Telecommunications market for customized solutions, specialized development and Nearshore/Offshore services. There was also a significant amount of technical talent in the Saltillo area that could address these needs.

In 2013, INTECH AMERICAS opened an office in Dallas Tx. to bring their unique ability to deliver Nearshore IT & Software Development services to the US market. INTECH AMERICAS Service Delivery Center will remain in Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico which has proven to be an outstanding area for obtaining highly skilled and trained technical staff.

BroadSoft Global Professional Services (GPS) relationship with INTECH AMERICAS is a good/positive relationship. We find the management team to be very responsive and flexible. The technical team completes assignments professionally. INTECH AMERICAS provides value to GPS by sourcing quality engineers to help BroadSoft meet service needs of our customers in the CALA region primarily, but also in other geographies
